this is not a joke.
Since this isn’t a joke:
The largest seahorse is Hippocampus abdominalis, or the Big-belly seahorse. Its full size is up to 35 centimeters. It can be found in large rockpools at low tide. It doesn’t have a saddle.
Oddly enough, some seahorses do create saddles. The Hippocampus semispinosus, or Half-spined seahorse, builds its own saddle for protection. But it’s very rare and is only known from one specimen retrieved from the coast of Australia.

We recently purchased an abetta western gaited saddle for our rocky mountain gelding. However most of our horses are non gaited. I do have plenty of other tack for all of my horses, but I was wondering if I could ride my non gaited horses in my RM’s gaited saddle without causing them any discomfort?
-Actually, I’m pretty sure that although the gullets often do come in different sizes (wide, narrow, etc.) gaited saddle trees are often wider at the front to allow more freedom of movement through the shoulders of the horse while its gaiting. If your saddle is slipping back, well, thats what breast plates are for…
If it fits there back properly and doesn’t pinch them, then it shouldn’t be a problem but gaited horses like the tennessee walker, spotted mountain, and the rocky mountain have very narrow and not very visible withers, so the saddles are designed to be tight at the from to prevent from slipping.

Hitch it to a post, save the game, and it should have one. If it doesnt just hitch it, get away from it then whistle so it comes to you.

Does anyone know if a wide Tucker saddle will fit most draft horses, or is the harder to find extra wide saddle needed? Lets say its for a Belgian. Also, what kind of saddle pad would look best? Do you buy the Western square pads, or one similar to the English version?
I do believe that Tucker will custom fit if you need it. The people at Tucker are very helpful, and I bet if you called, they can help you determine if their wide will fit one of your draft horses.
I’ve never had to fit one on anything bigger than an extra large TWH, so I am no help there, but my medium tree fits large horses, I imagine their wide may be wide enough.
But again, it would be best if you called Tucker, and talked to them.
As for the pad, any type you want. I’ve used western pads, english shaped pads. They all work, so whatever style and look you want.
They’re expensive saddles, but they’re more than worth the money. I’ve had one now for about ten years, and it’s still in great condition, and it’s been through rain, mud, the desert, snow.
