I have a bitless bridle and after all the clinical studies shown in Nevzorov Haute Ecole I’ve concluded that bits hurt the horse. I still want to continue showing dressage, regardless of what the rest of Nevzorov says about dressage and equestrian sports and i was wondering if you can show in a bitless bridle for USDF? Also, can you showjump/event in a bitless bridle?
Thanks!
You need a bit to compete in USDF and for any dressage in the USPC. You can compete in a bitless bridle for the cross country & stadium jumping phases of eventing. They’re also allowed in plain jumpers…not sure about hunters though. Because bits are required in dressage is the only reason I haven’t switched to bitless. I say someone should change that rule!!
Well I hope this helps & good luck! :]

Well until you grow at least 3 more inches you wont be a model anytime soon. first they see height then looks. because you can change looks but not height. sorry.

I once worked at a Service Station..where I needed to wear its uniform..this Service Station provided the clean uniforms..
Well..I found if I cleaned "my clean uniforms"..I was much more comfortable..
I guess they used a chemical cleaner that my perspiration would allow to re-act../and cause me some dis-comfort..
I would just use a combination of ammonia and water in the home washing machine–I’d do a complete rinse..before wearing the uniforms..

I don’t use coffee..I drink plain Geen Tea..I think that is an improvement..

I consider my body to need its oxygen..
I consider that stress can rob my body of some part of its oxygen..
I use regular hot shower’s and even use Cotton Swabs to clean my nose..
===
I generally don’t use chemicals..like clothes softeners..
I have even found some clothes detergents don’t fully rinse…
So..looking and smelling can reveal–some needed action..

Vitamins..are good/
..even just simple vitamins..
The Wal*Mart Brand(EQUATE)..is good..
..also the A&P Brand(LIVE BETTER)..is a very good addition..
A&P has an excellent B-Vitamin..(COMPLEX)..(Bar Code=041310623527)
